Talking with people, understanding your financial needs and helping you find solutions are things I am passionate about and what makes “We work for you” more than just a slogan for me.My name is Tim Poston and I’ve been in the insurance business since 1988. In 2005, I joined Insurance Brokers of Minnesota, Inc. because as an agent, it allowed me the benefit to provide more choices in market availability, coverage options and pricing.

I am continuously impressed with Insurance Broker’s dedication to having the best educated agents in the industry and am proud to be one of them. This commitment to training helps me ensure my clients always get the very best solutions. It is important to me that my clients know what their options are and have a full understanding of their coverage. Then with the resources if Insurance Brokers, I am able to find a company that meets those coverage needs at the best possible price. Previous to my insurance industry experience I was the operations manager at a family owned manufacturing company. Our main clients were Target, Wal-Mart, and Kmart. I am a lifelong St. Paul area resident, have two children and enjoy spending time golfing, bicycling, playing hockey and snowmobiling.
