About the Owner
Ashley Messner owns and operates the Waconia office of Insurance Brokers of Minnesota. She works with individuals, families, rental-property owners, contractors, and small businesses throughout Waconia and surrounding communities.
As an independent agent, Ashley compares coverage from multiple insurance companies and helps clients understand the differences between their options—not just which policy has the lowest premium. She reviews current policies, looks for potential gaps, and explains coverage in straightforward language so clients can make informed decisions.
Ashley’s areas of focus include home, auto, umbrella, rental-property, cabin and seasonal-home, life, and recreational insurance for motorcycles, boats, RVs, ATVs, and snowmobiles. She also works with contractors, trucking businesses, and other small businesses on general liability, commercial property, commercial auto, workers’ compensation, and cyber liability coverage.
She also helps Minnesota homeowners understand issues such as wind and hail deductibles, roof claim settlement, replacement-cost requirements, and water and sewer backup coverage.
